Treatment.com and SPRYT Collaborate to Enhance Healthcare Access with AI
Treatment.com AI and SPRYT International have formed a strategic partnership to improve patient access to healthcare services using advanced AI technologies. SPRYT’s artificial intelligence receptionist, Asa, will work with Treatment.com’s Global Library of Medicine (GLM) to create a comprehensive patient onboarding and triage system. This collaboration aims to reduce administrative burdens, decrease missed appointments, and improve overall healthcare delivery efficiency.
SPRYT’s Asa, an AI-powered medical office assistant that handles appointment bookings, cancellations, and payments via popular messaging apps such as WhatsApp and SMS, is involved in the collaboration. Asa’s ability to predict no-shows and personalize communication aligns with Treatment’s GLM, which supports accurate diagnosis and efficient patient triaging. Both companies are exploring opportunities to deploy their integrated solution in markets including the UK, North America, and the Middle East.
Financial specifics of the partnership were not disclosed, but the synergy between Treatment.com and SPRYT is expected to drive significant cost reductions in healthcare administration. The integration of their technologies aims to address inefficiencies and administrative overheads, which constitute a major portion of healthcare spending, potentially saving billions annually and improving patient engagement.
